Even if you can only do 20 minutes each day in exercise, that's 20 minutes more then what you were getting before. you don't have to take exercise for bruden try to do it with fun like Go for walks, go for swimming,jogging, start lifting weights. the most benefit of exercise is that it will not create side effect on you health but improve your health condition in dramatical way.

3.Try to avoid food that contains a lot of "fat" (Trans fat, total fat).
Carbs and protein [Breads, wheat, rices and pastas with meats, eggs, cheese, milk]
When you eat these at the same time, they release chemicals in your body which cancel each other out and the food you've eaten sits in your stomach for a longer period of time. The result is constipation, and gluttony. and the one more thing Never combine your fruits with ANY OTHER FOOD. Wait at least two hours before and after eating fruit to eat any other food. If you don't, it will just rot in your stomach and won't digest.
As an alternative, eat your carbs with vegetables and your meats with vegetables. It's a good balanced meal.

4.Use a cleanse.
People can actually lose weight just by using a cleanse. Did you know that people have at least seven or eight pounds of waste stored in their body? By simply using a cleanse people can remove the toxins and waste from their body. Are you looking for the quickest weight loss, if so consider liquid cleanses.

5. Stop drinking soda pop and Soda pop
soda pop and Soda pop contains so many calories it's crazy. Your basically drinking cups of sugar. Instead try and drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Just by cutting out pop will definitely help you towards rapid weight loss. It also is a good way to flush toxins out of your body as well.

6. Drink maximum water
