Desperate to Lose Weight Quickly? This is for You

0 comments
Are you desperate to lose weight quickly? Maybe your health is being affected. Maybe you've realized you can't fit in your old "fat jeans". I hope you find this article helpful...

For Those Desperate to Lose Weight Quickly

Whatever your reasoning behind wanting to lose weight fast, there is hope. Let's go over some ground rules first:

No matter how desperate you are to lose weight quickly, there is no sense in you doing the following:

* Starving yourself.

* Vomiting (Purging).

* Going on extreme diets.

* Exercising more than 2 hours daily.

You might think these are common sense, but please be aware that these are unhealthy and dangerous. The body is a finely designed machine that, when treated properly, will give you great results. Conversely, if you treat your body improperly, it will give you bad results.

Here is what you should be doing if your desperate to lose weight quickly:

Eat Low-Calorie, Nutrient Dense Foods:
In other words, you need to be eating veggies. Vegetables are a great source of fiber and nutrients that your body absolutely loves.

Many vegetables are considered "negative calorie foods" which means they take more calories to burn off and digest than they actually put into your body. This makes your body a calorie burning machine, and forces it to burn body fat for energy. Vegetables are a must for those desperate to lose weight quickly, and to keep off the weight.

Burn More Calories than Your Eat:
The calories that you don't burn throughout your day turns to fat over time because your body wants to store them for later use. With this in mind, give your body less calories, and it will have less to store.

If your burn the calories that you eat, then you're going to be better off.

If you burn more calories than that of what you eat, then the opposite effect takes place: you burn the stored body fat (which is what your stomach is).

Staying active is going to help you lose weight quickly.

Find Friends and Challenge Each Other:
If you're desperate to lose weight quickly, then you probably have friends who are also eager to get healthier. Find them, and help each other stay motivated.

Make a spectacle of it. Write out a contract, a goal, a plan, and keep each other accountable. This will help both you and your friends stay motivated to lose weight and get healthier. Continue Reading on "Desperate to Lose Weight Quickly? This is for You

The Fastest Way to Lose Weight - How to Lose 10 Pounds Quickly and Permanently!

If you have been seeking out the fastest way to lose weight then today I will introduce you to a unique, new way to lose weight that has never been done until now. It involves eating foods to stimulate your metabolism to burn more fat than usual. Best of all this diet doesn't fall into the pitfalls that other diets typically do as it is able to yield permanent results. Before I jump into this though here are two other things you can try to begin losing weight rapidly.

#1 - Matcha Tea: This is basically the elite version of green tea or what green tea should always be. It is the ground up green tea leaves powder in the whole form. Matcha is one of the strongest natural weight loss
products and best of all the caffeine content in it is unrefined so it doesn't have the negative stimulation effects associated with other forms of caffeine. On top of all this it's an excellent anti-oxidant. A very effective way to lose 10 pounds quickly in addition to my other suggestions.

#2 - Bowel Cleanse: Every day drink a fiber shake made up of either ground up flax, chia or hemp seeds. These insoluble fibers achieve a scrubbing like action within the body which will help to quickly eliminate excess waste from the colon and with it the toxins and excess weight you carry around.

The diet I referred to in my introduction is known as the calorie shifting diet, it involves eating a diet that is open and doesn't limit you. You actually need to eat 4 complete meals every day to make it work and it utilizes the foods as stimulation for your metabolism to burn more fat than normal. It is the only diet in existence that can do this and best of all it has people losing 10 pounds in under 2 weeks permanently as when the diet ends your metabolism still goes strong burning off calories from everything you eat. great 8 eating tips for fast weight loss

0 comments
low Carb, Low Fat, More protein, Eat all the fat you want. . . . . These are the many things we hear as we are bombarded with the latest and NOT always the greatest diet and eating tips when trying to find the Silver Bullet for permanent weight loss. Well I thought that we would talk about common sense proven tips that will ensure that along with a solid fitness program, will help support your fitness and health goals for life. Eating Tip 1Eat Slow- If you read about the French Paradox, which discusses why the French eat a lot of fatty foods, but are a leaner society than that of the United States.

They take their meals very seriously and it is one of the most important times of the day. You will get multiple benefits from this tip. Eating Slow will help your body absorb the food at the right level allowing you to fill up much quicker as it will not provide a tendency for you to OVEREAT!!!
he other awesome benefit is that you can spend more time with your family so that you can share the important things in life with each other!!!Eating Tip 2Eat 5-6 times per day. Do not allow your blood sugar levels to drop, in between meals. By eating more often and eating the right types of foods that are on the low end of the glycemic index, you can keep your blood sugar levels more even throughout the day, and ensure that you are not getting those mid-afternoon yawns and also help keep the excess weight off. Remember that when you spike your blood sugar by eating simple sugars and refined carbohydrates, this will potentially cause your body to store fat!!!Eating Tip 3Eat Your Breakfast. . . I was bad at this many years ago, but I learned to fuel up early in the day. Eating a good solid breakfast to start your day helps supply you with the fuel you need to get started, especially if you are incorporating a early morning fitness program in to your day. You need the fuel to get your engine going in the morning. Do not starve your body early, because you may have the tendency to binge eat later, because your body gets into the craving mode. Feed your body early!!Eating Tip 4Slow down as the sun goes down. What do I mean by this? Well just as important as it is to eat a great breakfast to start the day, it is also as equally important to reduce your food consumption as the day goes on. So plan to eat a good solid breakfast, a good lunch, and reduce your meal portions at dinner time. Remember as you get closer to bedtime your body starts to wind down and you will not have the same opportunity at night to burn those consumed meal calories as you did earlier in the day.

So eat more early and back down as you reach sun down. Eating Tip 5Give yourself 3 hours!!! Yes 3 hours before going to bed. Do not consume anymore calories. As I mentioned before, your body starts to slow down as the day goes on and gets ready for sleep. You do not want to consume a lot of calories right before you go to bed, because you will end of potentially storing those calories as FAT!!!Your body sometimes give you a false sense of being hungry as you bedtime nears. You get those 9pm cravings. . . And a lot of people end up hitting the Refrigerator and over-consuming right before bed time. . .

Not good for managing your weight and body fat %. If you just can't resist the munchies, then what I do is eat a few high good fat nuts. Like unsalted Almonds skin-on (good for fiber) or a couple spoonfuls of no sugar added all natural peanut butter. Eating a good quality fat food will satisfy your craving and will keep you from binging on something with lots of bad carbohydrates or simple sugars, like ice cream, cake or cookies. Eating Tip 6Stay focused on eating green in every meal. Always incorporate a good high quality low glycemic index dark green vegetable with each meal. I suggest things like spinach or romaine lettuce in your lunch time salads. Eating broccoli, asparagus, or steamed spinach as your vegetable at dinner time. All of these dark green vegetables supply your body with great vitamins and nutrients as well as being great sources of fiber and are naturally low on the glycemic index scale and will keep your blood sugar levels from spiking after eating. So think Dark green at meal time and challenge yourself to keep it as part of each and every eating event. Eating Tip 7Blend your foods. . Blending your foods means making sure that if you are eating a food item that does contain carbohydrates make sure that you incorporate a good low fat protein along with it. Eating a low carb tortilla wrap where the first ingredient is whole wheat flour that is unrefined. Add lean chicken breast as part of your filling in the wrap, maybe with some thinly shredded romaine lettuce and other veggies. Eating Tip 8Use splenda as your sweetener of choice, when looking for a simple sugar replacement. I have tried many sugar subs over the years an no other product has the taste of sugar like splenda does. Not equal and surely not sweet and low. Splenda is outstanding for sprinkling on low glycemic fresh fruit like blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, and I also use it to sweeten my drink of choice. Caffeine Free Green Tea that I infuse with cinnamon stick and whole cloves. What a refreshing cold beverage that keeps the caffeine out of your diet, provides you a great antioxidant and does not spike your blood sugar levels by using the no calorie sweetner in splenda. So I hope you enjoy my GREAT 8!!!These eating tips will help keep you on the right track, when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. . Do Low Carbohydrate Diets Lead to Weight Loss Success?

0 comments
So your neighbor, office mate, best friend, whoever just lost 10 pounds in only two weeks following the latest in high protein low carbohydrate diets. And now you’re thinking you should give it a go -- have even started the search for high protein low carbohydrate recipes?

True, high protein low carb diets seem to be leading many people to weight loss success. Trouble is, they seemed to do it 30 years ago, too. They were the rage in the early 70s, and look where many of us are today: growing fatter with each decade.

The bottom line: Diets -- low carb diets or not -- simply don’t work for the vast majority of people. If that doesn't convince you, look at some of the reasons why high protein low carbohydrate diets seem to create weight loss success stories -- but really don't.

“I’m not hungry when I eat high protein low carb diets. ”
Many people say they feel more satisfied eating low carbohydrate diets. And indeed, studies show protein is the most satiating nutrient. Proteins and fat (which is usually in high protein low carbohydrate foods) cause your body to release cholecystokinin, a hormone that contributes to the feeling of fullness. Some protein in meals and even snacks may help us feel more satisfied and go longer between eating. But the key word is “some. ” We don’t need an excess of protein, or low carb diets, to get these effects. By just eating balanced meals that contain grain/starchy foods, protein foods, vegetables and/or fruits and some fat, most people can achieve the same satiety. One other important note is that hunger control with low carbohydrate diets is often the result of ketosis (when your body burns fat for fuel. ) Ketosis is very unhealthy, causing nausea, headaches, fatigue, even coma.

“Results are results – I saw successful weight loss, didn’t I?”

Many people do lose weight on high protein low carb diets. Instead of fat, however, they're initially losing more water than anything else -- and it quickly returns once off low carb diets. They seem to see successful weight loss, too, because low carb diets restrict many foods, resulting in eating less than usual.

The big question is: Is it really successful weight loss if it doesn't stay off? For most people, if weight loss is achieved quickly and with a restrictive method such as a diet that does not allow for individual likes and dislikes, then the lost pounds will return, along with discouragement, defeat and even more pounds than before. What’s more, high protein low carb diets may also increase risk for health problems such as osteoporosis, cancer, even heart disease. A healthy intake of whole grain foods, fruits and vegetables -- often on the “avoid” list in high protein low carb diets – appears to help reduce this risk, and is the mainstay of a sensible plan to achieve weight loss success.

Create your own weight loss success story.

Despite what you hear about high protein low carb diets, there's little evidence that weight loss success is truly (permanently) achieved. What's more, disordered eating behaviors are usually reinforced by high protein low carb diets, adding to the struggles that low carbohydrate diets and other diets are supposed to solve. Stop dieting now and start living a healthy lifestyle that truly leaves you feeling good!.
